Welcome to the First Cathedral of the Diocese of Orange.
Holy Family Parish was created in 1921 to meet the growing needs of the surrounding community. We opened the doors of our current church in 1958; however, we didn't become a cathedral until 1976 - the same year the Diocese of Orange was established.
At Holy Family Catholic Church, we accept as our mission to be a spiritual family celebrating the Catholic Faith, with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Holy Eucharist, at the center of our life. Imitating the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, we strive to be a home where souls are nurtured by the Sacraments, inspired by the Word of God, and fortified by Charity on the pilgrimage to our true home with the Father in heaven.
